Adding New Jobs to Your Dashboard
This document explains how to add additional jobs beyond the ones already fetched, configure their details, and review them later in your dashboard.
Your fetched jobs are already on the board. This is how you add one of your own.
About 60 seconds of your input. The rest happens without you.
Before you start, know:
The role title and roughly what it involves
How many positions you're opening
The experience level and location you need
Who on your team should see this job
Step 1 · Open your job board
Click Open Jobs. You'll see everything already fetched for you, plus an Add Jobs icon.
Click it.
Step 2 · Name the role
Enter the job title — "Sales Executive," say — and a few details about what the role actually is.
Keep it plain. You're briefing a colleague, not writing a posting. The polish comes later.
Step 3 · Choose who sees it
Pick the people from your team who should have access to this job. Only they'll see the candidates and activity attached to it.
Step 4 · Add the job description - your way
Three options, and none of them require you to write from scratch:
Whichever you choose, the system drafts a structured JD from what you give it.
The audio option is worth trying once. Talking through a role tends to surface requirements you'd have forgotten to type.
Step 5 · Fill in the specifics
A few short questions to sharpen the draft:
Sector - BFSI, IT, or whichever fits
Open positions - how many people you're hiring for this role
Experience - the range you're targeting
Location - where the role sits
Step 6 · Review your JD
The system now generates the complete job description.
Read it before you move on. It's built from your input, but this is the version candidates and our interviewers work from — so if something's off, this is the cheapest moment to fix it.
Step 7 · Set the budget
You'll see a recommended budget, based on current market analysis for that role, level, and location.
Accept it, or set your own.
If you're unsure, take the recommendation. It reflects what comparable roles are actually closing at right now — which is usually more useful than an internal number set six months ago.
Step 8 · Watch it fill
Your job now appears on the dashboard alongside the rest. Within a few hours, verified candidates start landing against it.
Click any job to open it and you'll see:
The job description, laid out in full structure
Live activity - candidate progress, updates, and movement on the role
That's it. You've done your 60 seconds.
Frequently asked questions
This FAQ explains how to add new jobs, configure their details, and view them on the dashboard, based on the demonstrated workflow. It is intended for users responsible for creating and managing job postings in the system.Adding Jobs - Quick Answers
I've got the jobs you fetched for me. How do I add my own? Open Jobs, look for the Add Jobs icon sitting alongside your existing roles, and click it. That's the whole doorway.
What will you ask me for? Less than you'd think. A job title - "Sales Executive" is a fine start - and a line or two on what the role does. Then the teammates who should see it, the sector (BFSI, IT, and so on), how many positions you're opening, the experience level you want, and where the role sits.
I don't have a job description written. Am I stuck? Not at all. Pick whichever suits how you think:
Whatever you give us, you get a properly structured JD back. Review it before you continue.
Who decides the budget? You do - but you don't have to guess. We suggest a figure based on what comparable roles are actually closing at right now. Take it, or set your own.
Honestly, how long is this going to take? About a minute of your attention, assuming the details are in your head or on your screen. The heavy lifting starts after you hit submit.
Where does my job go once it's live? Straight onto your dashboard with the rest. Give it a few hours and verified candidates begin appearing underneath it.
What can I actually see when I open a job? The full job description in proper structure, and live activity on the role - who's moving, what's progressed, what changed. One screen, no digging.
