Managing Jobs and Candidates in the Platform

This document describes how to access the platform, fetch existing job postings, publish selected roles, view them under open jobs, and monitor related candidate activity through your dashboard.

Your First Roles

You're approved and logged in. Here's the thing you probably don't expect: the platform has already been working.

About five minutes. Your first shortlist starts building the moment you publish.

Step 1 · Log in

Use the credentials you set when you requested access. Your approval email confirms you're through.

The landing page gives you two moves: invite your team, or fetch your jobs. Start with the jobs - you can add colleagues any time.

Step 2 · Fetch your existing roles

Click Fetch Jobs.

The platform pulls in the roles your company already has posted across other channels, curates them, and ranks them by priority — work that happened before you logged in for the first time.

So instead of an empty dashboard and a blank form, you get a list of your own live requirements, ready to act on.

Scan the ranking before you do anything else. It's a useful second opinion on which of your open roles is actually most urgent.

Step 3 · Publish the ones you want to move on

Fetched roles are visible, not active. Publishing is what starts the engine.

Find the role you want to fill and click Publish. Then three quick fields:

FieldExample

Open positions

How many people you need for this role

Monthly salary

120,000

Key skills

For a Relationship Manager: Communication

Click Publish to confirm, and repeat for any other role you want live.

Working through a long list? Use the filters on the fetched jobs view to narrow down to the roles that matter this quarter before you start.

You don't have to publish everything. Publish what you're genuinely ready to hire for — the shortlists arrive fast, and it's better to have three roles you're actively reviewing than fifteen you're ignoring.

Step 4 · Check it landed

Open Open Jobs. Your newly published role sits there alongside anything else you have live.

This is your working view from here on - every open requirement in one place, with activity against each one as things progress.

Step 5 · Watch the pipeline fill

Your Dashboard is the overview. It shows you:

  • Your funnel - every candidate, and which stage they're sitting at

  • Your active jobs - everything you've published

  • Candidates per role - who's come through for what

  • Live status - interviews scheduled, movement, updates

As verified candidates come through for your published roles, they appear here. Your job is the interesting part: review them, and decide who moves forward.

That's the whole loop. Publish, review, decide.

Frequently Asked Questions

This FAQ explains how to work with job listings on the platform, including fetching, publishing, and tracking jobs. It is intended for users who have recently gained access and need a concise guide to the key job-related features.

I've been approved. What now? Your confirmation email is your green light. Log in with the credentials you set when you requested access, and you'll land on the home page with two things to do: invite your team, or fetch your jobs. Start with the jobs.

What does "Fetch Jobs" actually do? It goes and finds the roles your company already has posted across other channels, pulls them in, and ranks them by priority. It's already run by the time you first log in - so instead of a blank dashboard, you start with a working list of your own live requirements.

How do I get a fetched role live? Click Publish on the role you want to move on. Three quick fields - number of open positions, monthly salary, and the key skills you need - then confirm. The role shifts across to Open Jobs, and sourcing begins.

I've got a long list. Can I narrow it down first? Yes. Filter the fetched roles by whatever criteria matter to you, then publish only the ones you're genuinely ready to hire for. Shortlists arrive quickly, so a focused list beats a comprehensive one.

Where do published jobs end up? In Open Jobs, alongside anything else you have live. That's your working view - every open requirement in one place, with activity tracked against each.

When do candidates start appearing? As soon as work begins on the role. Verified candidates show up on your dashboard under the job they're matched to, ready for you to review and shortlist.

What's on the dashboard? Your recruiting funnel with every candidate's stage, your active jobs, the candidates matched to each, and live status updates - interviews scheduled, progress, movement. One screen for the whole picture.
